Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Develop and implement advanced lead generation strategies with a strong focus on ROI
- Collaborate directly with clients to align on goals, campaign direction, and reporting
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in paid marketing
- Communicate effectively with management about any campaign issues or roadblocks, along with proposed solutions
Preferred Skills
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency managing multiple client accounts
- Proven track record of delivering successful lead generation campaigns with quantifiable results
- Strong skills in campaign analysis, data interpretation, and optimization
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to independently handle client communications and performance reporting
- Data analytics skills (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) are a plus
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus

- The impact/results of those solutions in measurable terms
